Hi, I’m Isaiah.

I am an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer based in Orlando, currently pursuing my M.A. in Instructional Systems at UCF. I partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex content into training that is clear, practical, and easy to use.

I am comfortable joining midstream on projects and bringing structure quickly, from intake and storyboards through build, review cycles, and final delivery. I focus on clean design, strong learning objectives, solid assessments, and dependable development workflows.

    I work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to clarify goals, confirm requirements, and keep feedback cycles efficient. This keeps projects aligned, reduces rework, and helps teams move from kickoff to sign-off with confidence.

  • Storyboards and Scripts

    I translate complex source material into clear storyboards, scripts, and assessments that align to learning objectives. This creates a strong blueprint for development, speeds up reviews, and ensures the final product stays focused and accurate.

  • eLearning Development

    I build polished, easy-to-navigate eLearning using Articulate Storyline and the 360 suite. Interactions, visuals, and learner guidance are designed for clarity and usability, so learners can focus on mastering the content.

  • Handover Sessions

    I QA for accuracy, functionality, and usability across devices and browsers, then package deliverables for a smooth launch. Handoff includes published files, source files, assets, and clear notes on what changed and how to update and republish, so teams can maintain the course long term.
